There is no industry standard for the term “Deep Cleaning.” - it means something different to just about everyone. When a customer uses this term they usually are admitting that their house is a mess and has been for quite some time. How much do you charge per hour?
At Your Fresh Start Cleaning Service I never charge by the hour for services. The fees for your House Cleaning in Tucson are based on several factors. These include time traveled to get to your home, transportation related expenses, taxes, equipment and product expenses, a livable wage and the extent of work to be completed.

What is your Tucson House Cleaning service area?
I service all areas in Tucson as follows:
All areas East of Oracle Rd, but not Oro Valley. It also includes all areas North of 22nd Street and extends into the Civano area but not Rita Ranch.
I am open to working beyond these boundaries for regular full day service.

Why do you provide free in-home house cleaning consultation?
The reason that quality professional house cleaning services offer free in-home consultation and not phone or email estimates is very simple: every home is different and every homeowner has different wants, needs, and desires for there housecleaning.
A doctor needs to see the patient and a mechanic needs to see your car - they can not solve the problem sight unseen. The professional housecleaner is no different.
It is impossible to provide an accurate estimate without seeing what needs to be cleaned. Any company or person who would offer you a sight unseen estimate should be avoided. You owe it to yourself and your family to meet your service provider before beginning a working relationship.
At Your Fresh Start Cleaning Service I start with the free in-home consultation; this is the only way I do business. Then after viewing the home's cleaning requirements and discussing your cleaning wants, needs, and desires I will provide you with a detailed bid for service by email.
At this point we can make arrangements to schedule service. I am a one person operation. Thus, you will not experience any surprises when your cleaning day arrives, as we will have already met.

Do you take any precautions to prevent bringing germs and allergens into the home?
This answer is a definite YES! First, I only use a HEPA vacuum in your home. It collects 99.97 of dust, dirt, molds, viruses, and molds that pass thought the machine. The exhaust air is cleaner than the air that you have been breathing in your home. For more information about HEPA.
I also disinfect all equipment and clothes after every use. I take every possible precaution to protect you and your family’s health.
