Yep, That’s right Your Fresh Start is up “For Sale.” I have done a very god job marketing this Blog and my other business, Tucson SEO Solutions, at www.tucsonseosolutions.com. The SEO business leaves me very little time or energy to market this cleaning business and blog.
The website and blog’s traffic has increased every month since they were launched. The website should top out this month at 4,000 visitors. About 1800 of those visitors are unique visitors.
Only inquiries accompanied with a letter of credit from the lender and/or a letter from your attorney will be considered. The website will be modified to meet your specific needs. Management and marketing services will be available as well. This format has worked very well for us.
We have found that our true love is search engine optimization. It’s much easier to clean-up a website and to scrub a toilet.
Thanks, so very much for your support.

All professional cleaners know this method. When laying down a floor finish or mopping a large area consider the figure eight method. It requires you simply to mop in the figure 8 configuration back and forth. It makes no difference if you go fro right to left or left to right just use a stroke that sweeps the floor like the number 8.
You will find that this is easier on your back, it saves time and does a better job cleaning. If you are putting down floor finish it will set better and look better when dried.

Spring and your thoughts turn to a clean and organized closet.
The first part of the project requires you to remove all the items in the closet. When everything is cleared out you will want to scrub down all the walls and flat surfaces and clean the floors. Package and clearly mark any box or bag with a list of contents for further reference. However, before you return anything to the closet you should consider removing items that you have not used in two years. Goodwill would be a good choice for these items. What I had not considered was the clothing part of this collection.
Then I was at a business meeting that I run for the local small business association (Arizona Small Business Association) or ASBA for short. The speaker a highly respected man was speaking about the 80/20 rule as it relates to many things, such as the clothes in our closet. He noted that 80% of the time we wear only 20% of our clothes. So I later noted that I would mention this on my blog and that is what I am doing.
If you are like myself, hanging on to clothes, until you drop those 20 extra pounds , well stop it now! Join me in collecting those items and haul them off to Goodwill or the organization of your choice. Here’s the motivator. Why hang onto those old things, if you actually drop those extra pounds you will want to show off the new you in new clothes… Right!
Mine are bagged up now and will be off to Goodwill soon. Another benefit is that you will actually be able to find those boxes and bags that you just properly marked and returned to their closet home… Thanks

CELEBRATE EARTH DAY 2009 SHARE YOUR TIPS.
We are hoping to produce an E-book about Green and Eco friendly cleaning tips. We are looking for original content. We know that this can be hard to do because most good tips have been written about over the years. What we would like is your tip in your words and the history of how you came about using your cleaning method. The story behind the tip is as valuable as the actual tip.
Everyone who provides a tip will be mentioned as participants. We will provide a website link, if you want along with giving you credit for assisting our efforts. If your tip is used you will become that tips sponsor. All sponsors will be provided with your businesses contact info, a short text description about your business, and a link to your website. We recommend other cleaning sites to join this effort to make your homes and a Earth a better place for all!
Thanks for your consideration.

If you have allergies, the very first thing you want to do is to consider removing everything that is making it difficult to clean from around your home environment. Carpeting is the very first thing that has to go, and go quickly. The very best vacuum cleaner still leaves huge amounts of dust in the lower fiber levels and pads. Carpets are very unhealthy on so many different levels. Just think of it this way… Whatever, is outdoors will end up in your carpet.

Your health food providers offer many essential oils that can used used as a disinfectant to kill bacteria and mold around your house. Some of the choices of essential oils are lavender, clove, and tea tree oil. Tea Tree oil is an excellent natural fungicide and antiseptic among it’s many uses. I have previously mentioned grapefruit seed extract on these pages. These oils have a long history of common uses even though they aren’t registered as such by the FDA. A mixture of 2 ounces of oil per 1 quart of water is often recommended. You may want to adjust this to your needs. Put the mixture into your spray bottle and shake before use to disperse the oils.

You can avoid a lot of problems by simply paying a bit more attention to how you live in your home. Many problems like clogged drains are mostly avoidable situations. If you have a local .99 cent store or Wall-mart think about paying them a visit. You will want to get a drain strainer for every drain in your home. These will catch the food and hair that can easily clog your drains. This is a simple solution that can save you time and money down the road.
Every four to six weeks place some baking soda and hot water in drains to eradicate build up.

For many doing the laundry is a nasty fact of life… However, it is generally not considered to be in the scope of duties of a house cleaning service. If you need this service you should consider looking for a maid service or a housekeeping service. Laundry is considered to be an act of daily living like making the beds or doing dishes. Most house cleaning services do not offer these services. So it is always a good practice to ask lots of questions and record those answers before hiring any house cleaning service.

Many boiling over accidents can be prevented. “How you ask?” By using the correct size pot for the amount of liquid that it will be holding. Leave at least two inches to the top of the pot and also monitor the heat level. Simmering as apposed to boiling especially for soups and sauces. For potatoes and pastas remember it’s not only the liquid that will eventually be in the pot. The water will be at a vigorous boil.
Watch Out It’s Hot!

It’s not always the fareest thing of all. Especially the bathroom mirror that is subjected to splatters of toothpaste, shaving cream and spritzes of hairspray. First, clean well with a mixture of 50% water and 50% vinegar placed in a spray bottle. Spray on surface and use newspaper to get the mirror sparkling clean. Polish with a dry piece of newspaper or other lint free toweling. Second, keep mirror fog free. This is achieved by useing a small amount of shaving cream and buffing with a paper or lint free towel.

If your not sure of the answer you may want to go to the hardware store and purchase a new filter. Unrestricted airflow is essential for efficient heating from forced-air systems. As dust collectes on filters and registers the system has to work harder and increases energy use. The filter should be changed once a month also wipe register to remove dust there.
