You will first need to clean the stain with a mixture which is made of a few drops of dish washing detergent and cold water. Blot gently until you’ve removed stain. Now, you will need to blot again with a damp sponge. Removing the odor of the cat urine will require the use of baking soda. You will leave overnight to neutralize the odor.
