I am from a huge family of 13. We grew up in a small two bedroom home. Preventative care for window blinds. Blinds are very difficult to clean for most people. However, it doesn’t need to be that hard. The most important consideration here is preventative regular cleaning. Most blinds if dirt becomes built-up are nearly impossible to clean. First you will want to start with them closed. Then rub them with a damp cloth doing one side at a time and then the other.

Cat Urine Odor: When your cat urinates on the carpet it’s called an accident. Hmmm… on the carpet! You’ve gotta remove urine odor as ell as the stain. You will first need to clean the stain with a mixture which is made of a few drops of dish washing detergent and cold water. Blot gently until you’ve removed stain. Now, you will need to blot again with a damp sponge. Removing the odor of the cat urine will require the use of baking soda. You will leave overnight to neutralize the odor.

Wood Floor Care & Maintenance: Most any wood floor can be kept clean by first vacuuming with a floor. Then damp mopping with clear water. Start by squeezing it out so that the mop is barely damp, almost dry. Use very little water and rinse your mop thoroughly after each use.

Alkaline deposits in the water cause those not so pretty spots on your glass doors and shower walls. Apply a car wax to the walls and doors, but not the floor or it gets real slick. Both fiberglass and glass are porous. The car wax seals those pores, which makes cleaning easier and keeps water spots away. Reapply twice yearly. Start by applying a auto wax product to the walls and doors only!However, be careful not to get any on the bottom of the tub. This can be applied to both fiberglass and glass.
